Mathe was part of the coaching set up at Highlanders last year and was their interim head coach after the departure of Kelvin Kaindu.

Chitembwe says Mathe’s inside tactical  information about Highlanders helped them beat CAPS United tactically.

CAPS United rediscovered their scoring touch with Bamusi,Tsipa and Chungwa all getting goals.

Mathe contributed to the win in a big way said Chitembwe after the game. “He did precisely what we expected ,the information (on Highlanders) helped the team.

Chitembwe says the result will bring much confidence to his players who had been struggling to get results and goals especially at home.

CAPS United move to 5th spot and could still finish the season with a top four finish with seven games left.
