Chitembwe happy despite CAPS Utd wasting chances against Triangle

CAPS United head coach Lloyd Chitembwe believes they could have won their game against Triangle but was pleased with the overall performance of the team.

CAPS United dominated for long periods but could only manage a 1-1 draw with Kelvin Kaindu’s side.

‘We controlled the game said Chitembwe.’I am happy with the performance but I think we could have won this game.

‘We conceded a soft goal but scored a great goal. Overall I think it was a good team effort added Chitembwe.

Triangle went ahead through Hillary Bakacheza but CAPS United levelled through Equatorial Guinea striker Tony.

After that CAPS United had several chances to win the game but were wasteful.

The draw saw CAPS United miss a chance to break into the top 4 but moved into 6th place and a point behind 4th placed Triangle.
