Highlanders scored through Ralph Matema and Simon Munawa in the first half while Tsholotsho pulled one back through Joel Luphahla.

“I am very proud of my boys. The two goals we scored were enough to win the game. We wanted early goals in the game and we got them. Playing 3 games in 10 games is hectic but we have done well added Phiri

With Highlanders in search of a new head coach Phiri and technical director Zulu could be heading for the exit door despite their recent good run.

“I don’t like to do much talking. “On the field is where I prefer to do the talking said Phiri when asked about those who had doubted their abilities.

Highlanders have now won three of their last three games in the league and are unbeaten in six games in all competitions.
