Dynamos wary of Highlanders

Dynamos team manager Richard Chihoro believes their tie against Bosso will be very tough and is weary of the threat posed by their rivals.

Highlanders have not beaten Dynamos in the league since 2006, but they overcame their opponents in the Zimbabwe National Army Charity Shield early this year with veteran forward, Obadiah Tarumbwa scoring the solitary goal.

In league meetings this term, Dembare got the better of Bosso 3-2 in a match that made the headlines for the wrong reasons after questionable officiating and then followed that up with 1-0 victory in the reverse tie at Emagumeni.

“It’s a difficult draw in the sense that Highlanders did not beat us this season so they are aiming for revenge and playing a team that is motivated by revenge is not the easiest thing to do, they have also beaten us in a cup match and they will be looking for something like that again.

“On our part we know this is our chance at silverware and we are going to do our best and we’ll give our all to win it, ” added Chihoro.

In the other match newly crowned league champions Chicken Inn play Caps United at Barbourfields again.
