FC Barcelona Face Potential Player Exodus Due to Financial Problems

The Primeira Division giants are facing the challenges of having the best attacking unit in the world, but their famous partnership may not last for long, according to The Sun.

The trio seem to be performing perfectly on the pitch but inside Barca’s boardroom, there is so much stress regarding their future at the club. To keep the trio at the Camp Nou, The Catalans will have to offer them new deals, which will sink them to a possible financial crisis. The Spanish giants now have the option of selling one or all three players to guarantee financial stability at the club.

The English publication claims that the total wage bill for the club amounts to 73 percent of the revenue they collect. The remaining percentage may not be enough to pay the famous trio and complete the planned £423 million renovation of the Camp Nou.

Already, other financial giants from different leagues across the world have taken notice of the situation at Barca, and are willing to pounce on any of the superstar, if released. For instance, English Premier League money-bags Man City are reportedly interested in offering Lionel Messi a £600,000 a week salary if he joins them. Real Madrid and Manchester United are also reportedly eyeing 23-year-old Neymar Jr, while Suarez could also be on his way out of the club if the looming crisis is not contained.
