Ndiraya to look for an assistant

Dynamos have reiterated their desire to keep Tonderai Ndiraya as head coach and have asked him to look for an assistant.

Despite relinquishing the league title last season Dynamos believe Ndiraya is the man to lead them in 2016.

The squad is expected to begin their pre-season preparations next week and Ndiraya is now set to choose his technical team.

Speaking to the Herald Dynamos president Kenny Mubaiwa said, “Ndiraya was working alone and so we are looking for an assistant coach.

“When we put him in charge it was until December 31 but we would want him to continue and we don’t have plans to hire another coach.

Dynamos have not been as active as other teams in the transfer season so far with the only confirmed signing being Tichaona Chipunza from Triangle while three players have departed.

Blessing Moyo and Ronald Chitiyo both left for Harare City while Artwell Mukandi is in search of a club that will give him game time after playing second fiddle to Tatenda Mukuruva.
