Silva aiming for Dembare success

New Dynamos head coach Paulo Jorge Silva has outlined his ambitions for the club.

Silva who received his work permit earlier this week has already got the ball running and revealed his aiming for nothing short of the title and other success.

Addressing the media at his first official press conference Silva said Dynamos is a big club, they have won the championship in the past five years and I have come here to win. “For Dynamos to win is my expectation said Silva.

Silva also said he was aiming beyond just domestic success. “I want Dynamos to be the Champions of Africa he added.

Having held coaching roles in  German sides VfB Stuttgart, Greuther Furth, Nuremberg, Aalen and Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon in Portugal Silva says he not after the money. I was earning more in Germany and I am looking forward to this challenge.

Silva said he was happy with what he had seen from his player so far but admitted he was still keen to add to his squad. Dynamos have been linked to foreign strikers in recent weeks.

So far Dynamos have added Dominic Mukandi, Valentine Ndaba, Tichaona Chipunza and Ashley Reyners to their squad.
