Chicken Inn keen to impress against Sundowns

Zimbabwe Caf Champions League representatives Chicken Inn met major stakeholders on Tuesday ahead of their crunch tie against Mamelodi Sundowns.

The match is set for Saturday at Babourfields Stadium.

In the stakeholders meeting Gamecocks met Zimbabwe Republic police representatives, Zifa officials, Bulawayo City Council officials and the members of the press.

Club spokesperson Tawengwa Hara said there will be a joint press conference for Chicken Inn and Sundowns that will be held on Friday at a venue yet to be announced.

Sundown sare due to arrive in Zimbabwe on Friday. Hara vowed that they want to impress in this contest.

“We want to impress not only in terms of organising the match but in the field of play as well. We will not disappoint. Everyone is training including our captain Danny Phiri,” he said.

Meanwhile fans that will watch the match at Babourfields Stadium will pay $3 for Rest Ground Stand. Those who will sit on the Wings will fork out $5.The VIP charge is $10.
