AS Adema target victory over Harare City

Harare City CAF Confederations Cup opponents AS Adema of Madagascar have targeted to win their Preliminary stage 1st Leg encounter when the two sides meet this afternoon.

AS Adema have never gone past the Preliminary stage in their several exploits at the tournament and will fancy their chances against Harare City who are having their first dance at the competition.

They played Zimbabwean opponents Lengthens back in 2010 and lost.

Speaking to the Herald, Coach, Menakely Ruffin said they came to Zimbabwe looking for nothing shot of victory.

“We want to win the game. We have played Zimbabwean opposition and lost five years ago but a lot has changed.

“The players and the coach are no longer the same.

“It is only the name Adema which is still the same. So we are confident that we would do well in this match,” he said.” Said Ruffin.

The match is set to kick Off at 14:00hrs at Rufaro Stadium.
