Harare City slash gate charges for CAF Confederation tie

Harare City head coach Taurai Mangwiro says his squad is ready for their CAF Confederation Cup debut against AS Adema on Saturday.

Mangwiro got the opportunity to field his first team at the weekend as they beat Bulawayo City 2-0 in a friendly and is now looking forward to the match against the Madagascar side.

AS Dema are expected in the country on Friday.

According to Mangwiro his squad have cushioning themselves for the tie with double sessions to fine tune for the first leg match.

Kick off of the match is 1400hrs and the referees are from Angola.

Tickets for the match have been pegged at a $1 for the rest of the ground and $3 for the Upper Grand Stand while the VIP fans will pay just $5.

Local matches are usually pegged at $3 and the price slash is likely a move to attract a good crowd at Rufaro Stadium. Gates open at 1100hrs.
