Mamelodi Sundowns fans set to “invade” Bulawayo

About 350 Mamelodi Sundowns fans are set to paint Barbourfields Stadium yellow and blue amid revelations that the club’s followers will use seven buses to come watch their game against Chicken Inn.

“The communication that we got is that about 350 to 400 Sundowns fans are coming for the match There going to come using seven buses,” said Chicken Inn secretary-general Tawengwa Hara.

An advance team is believed to be already in Bulawayo after a Mamelodi Sundowns branded bus was spotted in the city.

Sundowns warmed up for the clash with Chicken Inn by beating Orlando Pirates 2-1 yesterday evening in an Absa Premiership match.

Zimbabwean international Khama Billiat scored Sundowns’ second to continue his great form

Sundowns are set to touch down at Joshua Mqabuko International Airport midday Friday.
