Tendai Ndoro happy with derby goals

Zimbabwe International forward Tendai Ndoro continued with his resurgence netting two goals in the Soweto Derby as Pirates silenced Kaizer Chiefs 2 nil.

An elated Ndoro says he is happy to have scored and that the goals will remain in his memories forever.

“It was a game of two halves,” he told SuperSport after the match. “Kaizer Chiefs attacked us first half but didn’t use their chances. In the second half … we wanted one goal, we got it and that boosted us, and then we got another one.”

Ndoro added: “My first start in the Derby and I managed two goals – it’s something that will always be there in my life. I want to continue doing it; not only for Derbies, but for all games.”

The striker seems to have found the rhythm going on and has certainly rediscovered the scoring touch after a rather shaky start to the season.
