Dynamos rivals monitoring Chinyama situation

Highlanders and CAPS United are on high alert after Dynamos striker Takesure Chinyama requested to leave the club.

Chinyama has had an uneasy relationship with Dynamos head coach Paulo Jorge Silva and believes his time at the club is up.

Chinyama was left out of Dynamos’ provisional squad and does not appear to be in Silva’s plan. Chinyama believes he will be fit to play soon while Silva has indicated to the club executive that he is injured and can’t play.

Chinyama’s contract also expires in a few months’ time adding motivation to seek a new club.

According to sources at the two clubs the situation is understood to being monitored by both Dynamos rivals Highlanders and CAPS United who are aware of the potential of the striker.

Newly promoted side Ngezi Platinum are also understood to be keen on roping in the veteran striker.

Despite being on the other side of 30 years a fit Chinyama can still cause problems for defences while his experience could be a valuable asset.
