Khama Billiat for the umpteenth time picked the man of the match award in Sundowns 3-1 win over Polokwane.
Billiat will count himself unlucky not to find the target but his performance on the day was key in creating all goals scored. Castro scored a double while Keegan Dolly scored the other goal.
The Zimbabwean winger did all the dirty work in creating the first goal in the 32nd minute and put through Castro who made no mistake in putting Sundowns ahead.
Five Minutes before the break Billiat could have made it 2 nil but fellow compatriot George Chigova in goals for Polokwane pulled out a superb stop to deny Billiat a goal.
Billiat was at it again 5 minutes after the break when his shot from just outside the box was parried into the path of Castro who made no mistake to make it 2 nil.
Mncwango pulled one back in the 53rd minute before Keegan Dolly restored the two goal lead in the 63rd minute.
The win maintains Sundowns pole position on the log while Billiat has undoubtedly set alight his credentials for the ABSA Premiership Player of the year.
