Kaizer Chiefs have released Ovidy Karuru from his contract. Karuru is among several players let go by the ABSA Premiership giants as the club embark on a massive clear out following a disappointing season.

Karuru has never really managed to settle at Chiefs since his move from Belgium in 2014.
