Katsvairo happy with first Kaizer Chiefs goal

Kaizer Chiefs forward Michelle Katsvairo says he is feeling at home at the club and thanked head coach Steve Komphela for believing in him.

Katsvairo netted his first goal for Chiefs as they beat Free State Stars on Wednesday, a result that sees ‘The Glamour Boys’ move to the top of the ABSA Premiership with 10 points.

Komphela had heaped praise on the former Chicken Inn forward when they beat Maritzburg United at the weekend and will be certainly pleased with the progress he has been making.

Speaking to Supersport after the game Katsvairo said, “I would like to thank all the players because they are taking me as a family, so I think it’s the best thing because we are working as a team.

“As a striker my job is to score so I was waiting for it and I would like to thank God for it.
