Highlanders head coach Erol Akbay says Chapungu’s should be playing in the Division One league with their lack of professionalism.
Highlanders beat Chapungu 1-0 at Ascot Stadium with Prince Dube’s late goal clinching the maximum points.
There were skirmishes after the game with Philip Marufu and Highlanders players, officials involved in scuffle.
The match had promised to be an cagey affair after a training ground dispute ahead of the game. Chapungu’s conduct left the Dutchman furious.
“I have no idea what Chapungu is doing in the Premier League said Akbay . “They made us wait twenty minutes outside before the game.
“Then when we got inside it was another fifteen minutes before they allowed us into the changing rooms ,then after that we couldn’t even check how the field is like, they said you can’t do that.
“This is not normal you have to respect your opponent. And now they lose nothing changed after all that ,and now they are want to fight us after the game.
“I have been a coach for 20 years and have not seen anything like this added Akbay.
