Chitembwe ready for ‘dangerous’ Ngezi Platinum

CAPS United head coach Lloyd Chitembwe says they will not taking anything for granted when they face Ngezi Platinum this weekend at the National Sports Stadium.

Chitembwe’s side are on the brink of the league title with two games to go and a win on Sunday could edge them closer to the big prize.

“We are ready for the match on Sunday,  we know it is not going to be easy,  a lot of you guys (in the media)  have been referring to our past form but in such matches that does not count it’s not about history but it’s about how we are going to equip ourselves on the day said Chitembwe

“They (Ngezi) have a good team and they can be very dangerous and we are well aware of that and we are not taking them lightly, the good thing is we got a fit changing room added Chitembwe.

Chitembwe also played down Archford Gutu’s social media attack on him saying it was something he only heard from other people and challenged the midfielder to fight for his place in the squad.

Gutu vented his frustration over a lack of game time last week on Instagram.
