Mamelodi Sundowns thrash Highlands Park

Former Warriors goalkeeper Tapuwa Kapini had five goals go past him as Highlands Park were thrashed to Mamelodi Sundowns 5-0 in a rescheduled ABSA Premiership match.

Kapini was included in the starting line-up despite his collapse earlier in the week

Sundowns opened the scoring in the 7th minute through Percy Tau and it was one way traffic from there.

Anthony Laffor doubled the lead in 13th minute before Sibusiso Vilakazi  and Themba Zwane added more goals before the break.

Highlands Park had a better second half conceding one more with Rudi Isaacs scoring in his own goal.

Former Dynamos skipper Augustine Mbara was at the back for Highlands Park as they struggled against the ABSA Premiership champions

The win moves Sundowns to eighth on the table.
