Mourinho charged with misconduct

Things are going from bad to worse for Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho after he was charged with misconduct by the English FA for his actions during their 2-1 loss to West Ham on Saturday.

According to the FA the charge is “in relation to his language and/or behaviour towards the match officials in or around the dressing room area at half-time” during his side’s 2-1 defeat.

Mourinho was sent off following a halftime incident with referee Jon Moss. Mourinho’s outburst followed Nemanja Matic’s red card just before halftime. Another Chelsea coach Silvino Louro was also sent off and has been charged.

Mourinho’s latest charge comes only a few games after he was fined 50,000 and a suspended one match stadium ban following his criticism of the officials following a loss to Southampton.

Chelsea have had a poor season and one of their worst starts ever losing 5 of their first 10 games.
