How Mine and FC Platinum play out goalless draw

How Mine and FC Platinum played out a goalless draw at Luveve Stadium this afternoon.

The game had plenty of action and tactical shrewdness from both Norman Mapeza and Kelvin Kaindu and in the end goals were the only thing missing.

Both coaches  showed their tactical abilities and great minds of reading one’s game plan time and again.

FC Platinum were the better in the first half but How Mine eclipsed them in the second half

However, How Mine could have beaten FC Platinum in the second half substitutes Godfrey Nguwudzawo and Toto Banda if seasoned campaigners Charles Sibanda and Kuda Musharu had buried many of their chances when platinum goalkeeper was at their mercy.

How Mine also had a an effort ruled out for offside as they continued to create chances.

Rodwell Chinyengetere, Tatenda Dzumbunu and Walter Musona could also won the match for the platinum miners but they also did not take their chances.

Against the run of play, Nguwudzawo’s thunderbolt from outside the box was punched to safety by Mhari who was struggling to deal with aerial boys.

However in the end neither side managed to get the break through as the points were shared.
