Ex Dynamos coach Silva takes a dig at Mutasa, tips Bosso for title

Former Dynamos Head coach Jorge Paulo Silva has taken a huge dig at Dynamos current interim coach Lloyd Mutasa labeling him primitive.

Silva who was sacked by Dynamos after a series of poor results also accused Mutasa of sabotaging him at the club. He challenged the Dynamos leadership to sack Mutasa before he leads the team down to Division 1.

Dynamos has managed just one win since the sacking of Silva with a victory over Tsholotsho.

“As long as Dynamos are coached by Mutasa and his blunt backroom staff, I tell you for sure that it will be relegated this year.

“In two years’ time, the team will be playing in Division Two and even Division Three. That guy (Mutasa) belongs to the old school football type. He is not a modern coach. Just imagine a guy as old as him talking to four or five players, whom he calls his, to under perform so that I can get fired,” he told the Chronicle.

The ailing Harare giants who have been described by their President Kenny Mubaiwa as wounded sit on unfamiliar territory hovering above the relegation zone on position 12 on the log standings.

Silva went on to tip Dembare’s biggest rivals Highlanders as his favorite to land the title saying their coach Erol Akbay has been afforded the best working conditions that allows him to have better control of the team, something he never got while at Dynamos.
