Mutasa delighted with first home win

Dynamos head coach Lloyd Mutasa was delighted with their win over Ngezi Platinum and believes it’s the start of good things for his side after an initial poor start to season.

Dynamos beat Ngezi Platinum 2-0 with skipper Augustine Mbara and Rodreck Mutuma scoring. “It was the first home win at home this season for the former league champions. It was also the first time that Dembare have managed two wins in a row this season.

“It feels good to win at home and it’s also a nice feeling to win a second consecutive game. It’s a big morale booster for us.

Mutasa dedicated the victory to eight Dynamos fans that perished last weekend on their way to watch the team in Gweru.

The win sees Dynamos move to 8th spot with 14 points and now trail log leaders CAPS United by seven points.
