Mapeza targeting positive result against Dynamos

FC Platinum head coach Norman Mapeza insists his side are not under pressure but focused on getting at positive result against Dynamos at Mandava Stadium this afternoon.

The log leaders were held by bottom side Border Strikers during the week and with CAPS United and Highlanders both breathing down their neck cannot afford to drop more points as the league enters the final stretch.

We want to play our normal game and need a positive result said Mapeza ahead of the game.

FC Platinum will be motivated by last season’s result where there put on a good display to beat Dynamos 3-1 with Obrey Chirwa scoring a brace and Gift Bello also on target.

A win for Dynamos could be a further twist in the title race and may put the former league champions back in the title race by the end of the weekend.

However head coach Lloyd Mutasa believes their immediate task is to get maximum points and finish as high as possible and not think about the title.
