Warriors coach has expressed confidence that his side will come tops when they battle against Tunisia in a crucial group B AFCON 2017 encounter.

Zimbabwe anchored at the bottom of group B need a victory in order to sail through while hoping Algeria will not pick up maximum points against Senegal in the other group B encounter.

Pasuwa knows he is on the verge of making history if he is to upset the Carthage Eagles – He will become the first coach to lead the Warriors into the knockout stage after successive group elimination in 2004 and 2006.

“We’ve done our home work, we are ready for Tunisia,” Pasuwa told ZIFA’s official Website.

“It’s not easy coming from a defeat. But we’ve talked to the boys and they are highly motivated to play on Monday.”, he added.

The match is set for tonight at 2100hrs (Zim time)
