Walter Musona has left FC Platinum to join ABSA Premiership side Polokwane City. FC Platinum spokesperson Chido Chizondo confirmed Musona’s departure.

‘Walter  has joined Polokwane City, we would like to work wish him all the best as he starts a new journey said Chizondo.

Musona was a key figure for FC Platinum last season as they just fell short of the league title losing out to CAPS United.

Musona finished the season with 10 league goals and was among the 11 Soccer Stars of the Years.

Meanwhile FC Platinum are still undergoing their pre-season training camp in South Africa ahead of the start of the Zimbabwe Premier League season and are expected back next week.
