Toure warns City fans not to be too excited.

Manchetser City veteran midfielder Yaya Toure has warned fans and players not to get “too excited” over the prospect of the new signing Gabriel Jesus.

The young Brazilian forward arrived in January and has made major contribution to the team, scoring 3 goals in three appearances. Yaya is keen to see the youngster not to be burden from the expectations so soon in his career, as he believes there is more that needs to be done and games to be won.

“He is a very good player. He’s very quick, sharp and clever,” Toure told the official Manchester City website.

“We realise we have to be careful, though, and we shouldn’t get too excited because he has to be focused. What we want to do is just continue to keep going and at the end of the season we can talk about him

He believes that with the kind of players they have now, all they need is to find form and win the games. City have to keep focused because they have important games coming up and we have to be ready for that as well. They are currently 3rd place trailing with 10 points gap from the log leaders Chelsea.
