Dynamos midfielder cum defender, Peace Makaha, says he aims to win the premier league with the former champions this year.
Makaha is one of the stars who showed more promise in their 1-0 friendly win over Chapungu at Ascot Stadium in Gweru at the weekend.
“My dream for the season is to win the championship and play more games to make our fans and the coaches who trusted me to play happy. They [coaches] made me appear in the team and play,” he told Soccer24.
The burden is now on youngsters at Dynamos after the exodus of senior players at the turn of the year.
“I feel more encouraged and I feel more glad with the team that we have. Everybody is happy, there is team work and everything is working out. Even if you make a mistake, you hear someone correcting you nicely. No one says anything harshly,”
The fullback has expressed joy plying his trade at Dynamos despite the coach, Lloyd Mutasa, changing his position and style to a utility player.
“My original position is the defensive link but the coach has been using me as a right back. I can play any position.
