Chipolopolo get courtesy visit from country’s envoy

The Zambian senior national team who jetted into the country last night for an International friendly match against the Warriors on Sunday appear to be settling well and look ready for battle.

The team was last night welcomed by ZIFA Communications Manager Xolisani Gwesela aboard Fly Emirates and settled at the prestigious Rainbow Towers.

This morning the Chipolopolo received a surprise visit from the Country’s Ambassador to Zimbabwe Mwenya Mushili whishing them good luck ahead of Sunday’s international friendly

Coach Wedson Nyirenda carried 22 players for the assignment in Harare, in a match he hopes to shape up the African Nations Championship (CHAN) squad.

Zambia will have a training session at the National Sports Stadium in the afternoon to have a feel of the pitch 24 hours before the international friendly.
