Foreign Based Zimbabweans Round Up

Here is a round up of performances by Zimbabweans playing in foreign Leagues dotted around the world.

Knowledge Musona (KV Oostende, Belgium)
The smiling assasin continued with his fine goal scoring form adding one more to his goal tally when his KV Oostende side drew 1-1 with Sporting in the first match of the Championship playoffs.

Musona opened the scoring in the 53rd minite before Angolan Clinton Mata cancelled in the 78th minute to level scores. A tiring Musona was subbed deep in injury time as Oostende sought a late winer.

Marvellous Nakamba (Vitesse, Netherlands)
Nakamba played the whole match as Vitesse beat NEC 2-1. A second half brace from van Wolfswinkel ensured that that Vitesse got all three points and sit in 5th position on the log.

Costa Nhamoinesu (Sparta Prague, Czech Republic)
Costa Nhamoinesu remains in the sidelines as he was not part of the matchday squad while his team drew 1 all with Slavia Praha in the the Prague derby.

Nyasha Mushekwi (Dalian Yifang, China)

Nyasha Mushekwi could not add to his goal tally as Dalian Yifang made it 3 wins out of 3 games and sit 2nd in Chinese league One.

Tinotenda Kadewere (Djugadern, Sweeden)
Kadewere could not find the target despite starting as his side succumbed to a 2-0 loss to Sirius in their first game of the season.

Kadewere was substituted in the 59th minute.

Matthew Rusike (Club Africain, Tunisia)

Matthew Rusike managed to score a goal as his Tunisian side Club Africain scored half a dozen goals to no reply against Ben Guerdane in the Championship play offs.

The striker who is in a rich vein of form scored the third goal of the game in the 49th minute.
