FC Platinum coach, Norman Mapeza, has bemoaned his side’s failure to convert chances following their goalless away draw against premier league debutants Black Rhinos at Morris Depot on Tuesday.
Seventh placed Platinum have now recorded nine points in five outings. They have three draws and two wins sitting on position seven with a game in hand.
“I think our biggest problem is we are creating chances but we are not utilising the chances. That’s where our biggest problem is.
“You know I think we had some good chances. [But] at the end of the day, like I have said, every coach, when you go out there for a game, you go out looking for three points. But we drew today and we have to accept it,” Mapeza told journalists after the match.
“I think we are looking organised, you can tell we are trying to build play from the back going forward. I think our biggest challenge is in the final third. That’s where our biggest problem is. But starting from the back going into the midfield, everything is okay. But there in the final third, I think that’s where we need to work more hard [on].”
