How Mine head coach, Kelvin Kaindu, has said the club will be writing an official complaint to the Premier Soccer League (PSL) after they found their away dressing room and technical area littered with some “disturbing substances”.

Kaindu watched his charges edge Chicken Inn 1-0 on Sunday, moving to third place with 13 points on the league table. How Mine are behind league leaders, Highlanders and second placed Ngezi Platinum Stars, on goal difference.

“I’m happy we managed to get our fourth consecutive win of the season. It seems we are doing well with regards to derby matches this year as compared to the previous one.

“However, we will be writing an official complaint to PSL on how Chicken Inn treated us. We found some disturbing substances in our dressing room and at our technical area,” said Kaindu.

How Mine scored through Kudzai Chideu just two minutes after their pint sized midfielder, Pasaca Mahanga, had been shown red after a second bookable offence.

Chicken Inn also finished the game with 10 men after left back, Divine Lunga, had been sent off early into the second half after hacking down the enterprising Adolf Muganyi.

Meanwhile, Chicken Inn head coach, Rahman Gumbo, blamed the defeat on his first choice goalkeeper, Elvis Chipezeze.

“I’m getting sick and tired of my goalkeepers. That was a silly mistake. A school boy blunder cost us the match. I don’t know whether my goalkeepers’ coach Julius Ndlovu does not help them in correcting their mistakes. I think will be forced to give our third choice goalkeeper some game time,” said Gumbo.
