Kangadzi in late fitness test

Dynamos forward, Quality Kangadzi, is a doubt for their premier league clash against Highlanders and will be up for a late fitness test, according to coach Lloyd Mutasa.

The 25-year-old former Tjojan Stars forward, who signed for Dynamos in March, could miss the match due to a sore eye.

“We have Quality [Kangadzi] who is probably supposed to have a late fitness test.

“He’s got a sore eye and I’m sure he could not train well today, he was out, but I’m sure he’ll be okay as we go forward,” Mutasa told Soccer24.

The absence of talented forward would be a blow for Dynamos, who have a shortage of strikers up front. However, Dynamos will likey be boosted by the return of Cameroonian forward, Christian Ntouba Epoupa, who had gone to Cameroon to attend a family matter.

Mutasa said forward, King Nasama, who is out with an ankle injury, is also not available for the match while midfielder Gift Saunyama has just returned to light training.

“Yes, we still have King Nasama, he’s got an ankle injury, [and] we have Gift Saunyama, he’s done light training but he’s not involved again this week . . . otherwise the rest [of the players] are up and about”.
