Black Rhinos and Triangle pick home wins, Dynamos held

The newly promoted side Shabanie Mine frustrated Dynamos to a 1 all draw.

Much was expected from Dynamos coming on back of a 1-0 loss in the midweek matchday 3 rescheduled match against Black Rhinos but they were held for a draw.

Cameroonian import Epoupa openned the scoring 14 minutes into the match taping from close range an Ocean Mushure cross. Shabanie were able to draw level on the stroke of halftime, Duwa equalized with a screamer from outside the area into the top right corner.

Black Rhinos seem to be be on a purple patch. A win in the midweek encounter against Dynamos and a 3-0 win over Hwange summed up a perfect week for the Premier Soccer League returnees.

Mukombwe, Kureva & Mhandu were on target for the Army men. The win takes Rhinos to the top of the log ahead of Ngezi and FC Platinum.

Ngezi Platinum managed to get the better of ZPC Kariba 2-1. Walter Mukanga opened the scoring for Ngezi just 23 seconds into the match.

Manuvire was able to equalize for Kariba halfway through the first half but a goal on the stroke of halftime by Tichaona Mabvura ensured that Ngezi get all three points.

In the other match, Triangle managed to beat How Mine 2-0 with goals from Simba Makoni and Ralph Kawondera.
