Dynamos beat Bantu Rovers to go top

Dynamos moved to the top of the Castle Lager Premiership with a 2-0 victory over Bantu Rovers at the National Sports Stadium 

Dynamos had the upper hand for most of the first half but had no goals to show for it as Bantu Rovers thwarted their attacks.

Christian Epoupa and Denver Mukamba combined well and had a number of chances to take the lead in the first half.

The resistance was broken in the 51st minute when Lincolin Zvasiya headed in Denver Mukamba’s corner.

In the 78th minute Denver Mukamba made victory certain with a beautiful strike from outside the box to give his side a 2-0 lead,

The win makes it six consecutive victories for Dembare and moves them on top of the table with 29 points from 14 games.

With the verdict of the abandoned match against Chapungu set for next week Dynamos could move onto 32 points if the ruling is in their favour
