Hwange football club have appointed Bogboy Mawiwi as their new head coach for the remainder of the season.

The coach will step up from his role in charge of the team to replace Nation Dube, who was sacked for a string of poor results thats sees Hwange deep in relegation.

And the club’s executive believes the new coach is a worthy follow-up to save the team from the burmishes of relegation.

The appointment however came as a surprise as Luke Masomere and Madinda Ndlovu who also applied for the job were highly tipped.
