Highlanders and CAPS United target maximum points

Premiership giants CAPS United and Highlanders will be hoping for better when they take their assignments away from home in the closing fixtures of match-day 21 this afternoon.

A depleted Highlanders  will travel north for a date with ZPC at Nyamhunga Stadium. Highlanders head into the match hit by injuries to key players such as Honest Moyo,Simon Munawa and Rahman Kutsanzira.

The affair between the two rivals has traditionally favoured the men from north before a turn around in the previous season when

Highlanders managed their first win over ‘Kauya Katuruturu’ . Though the match is likely to swing in either way, the home team will be burdened by the pressure to salvage some home pride after a disastrous outing

in Harare against CAPS United last weekend.

A win for the Bulawayo giants will tighten maintain their title chase. Meanwhile, it has not been rosy, of late , for the champions CAPS United who ended a poor run of form with a win over ZPC Kariba at the weekend.

CAPS United definitely keen to build on that Bulawayo against Tsholotsho.

Makapekepe are still healing from the wounds of the transfer window after losing key players such Ronald Chitiyo, Abbas Amidu.

They are currently on 16th position but with six games in hand . The match is a massive test for Iziqholo ZeZhwane who are also struggling and find themselves on the bottom of the log.

Nonetheless, the match promises to be an explosive encounter as both teams are in need of maximum points.
