Katsande, Rusike in league face-off

Two of the most consistent Zimbabwean players in the ABSA Premiership will face-off tonight when their teams clash in a league encounter.

Maritzburg United’s Evans Rusike and Kaizer Chiefs’ Willard Katsande are both in top form and have featured in all league matches for their teams. Rusike is among the top goal scorers with two goals. His form has helped his team move to the second position on the table after round four. He also scored the only goal of the g match in the MTN Cup game against Mamelodi Sundowns. In the last game he failed to find the net but his attacking ability never went unnoticed.

On the other end, Katsande has been commanding the Chiefs’ mid field. The Amakhosi hardman gets better in every game he plays. He recently achieved a 200th appearance at the Soweto giants.

Meanwhile, Teenage Hadabe could have been part of this face-off but he is still out with an ankle injury.

The match will start will start at 7:30 pm
