Kaizer Chiefs’ Willard Katsande featured for his team in goalless draw against Golden Arrows on Saturday.

The Amakhosi midfielder came face to face on field with another Zimbabwean Kudakwashe Mahachi who started for Arrows in the encounter. Knox Mutizwa came in as a substitute in the 66th minute and made a collision with goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune resulting in Khune being stretched off the field in added time.

Edmore Chirambadare who had been introduced as a substitute towards the end took over the goalkeeping duties for Chiefs for the remainder of the game.

Amazulu’s Butholezwe Ncube made another start for his team in the 1-1 draw against Bidvest Wits while Ovidy Karuru failed to make it after suffering a joint injury last weekend .

Ronald Pfumbidzai continued with his fine form when he made another appearance for Bloemfontein Celtic in 0-0 away draw to Chippa United while Talent Chawapiwa was not part of the Baroka squad which drew 2-2 against Ajax Cape Town.

Meanwhile, Khama Billiat returned to action after he was out for two weeks with a hip injury.

Billiat started for Mamelodi Sundowns in the Champions League encounter away to Wydad Casablanca of Morocco. He was substituted in the 73rd minute.

The North Africans won the match 3-2 on penalties
