Its never easy playing at Maglas: Goriyati

CAPS United defender Godwin Goriyati has admitted that their Chibuku Super Cup quarter final match against Shabanie Mine at Maglas will not come easy.

The Green Machine will be looking to advance to the semi finals of the tournament when they return to Zvishavane just a week after they played FC Platinum at Mandava Stadium in a league match. Goriyati was the hero on that day when he scored an equaliser in the last minutes of the game.

However, the defender told Sunday Mail that their Sunday clash will be a difficulty one considering the atmosphere around Maglas.

“It’s not easy to play at Maglas, their supporters make life very difficult. It’s never easy at Maglas and this one will even be more difficult because it a cup game,” said Goriyati.

“But, I am part of a team that is full of experienced players and as a member of such a unit I am confident that we will do well.”

CAPS United will play their game at 1500 hours. Bulawayo City will clash with Yadah in another quarter final game that will be played at Barbourfields.
