Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Willard Katsande has expressed his desire to help his team achieve a league and cup double this season.
The former Warriors captain’s last silverware with the club was in 2014-15 season when he won the ABSA Premiership . Katsande told KickOff that he will be happy if his team manage to win a double this season.
“I need to win the league for my team and a cup. I think that will make me happy,” he said.
“I think, by doing that, I’ll have a wonderful off-season. Obviously it has been painful for the club because they used to be known for winning.”
The midfielder is also willing to be remembered as a club legend. He recently hit the milestone of 200 games for the Glamour Boys, having arrived at Chiefs from Ajax Cape in 2011.
