Shabanie desperate for a win

Shabanie Mine technical director Taku Shariwa says his team will be looking for maximum points when they play Chicken Inn in a league match at Maglas Stadium this afternoon.

The Zvishavane side are in relegation zone and a win today will boost their chances of survival. With only seven games to go, they are on 15th position with 30 points.

“We desperately want maximum points in this match, we are in the relegation zone and we need to start collecting points to avoid relegation,” said Shariwa in an interview with the Herald.

“For this game we have prepared adequately for them and I am confident we have a chance of collecting all the points.”

The tie promises to be an exciting one with both teams aiming to deliver. On the other side Chicken Inn will play with their whole effort in order to keep up the momentum in the title contention.
