Mapeza expects a tough game against Highlanders

Norman Mapeza says his team needs to have good mental strength when they square off against an unpredictable Highlanders at Barbourfields stadium on Sunday.

In the reverse fixture both teams shared the spoils. However Bosso are buoyed up by their 4-0 thrashing of Chicken inn in their previous league match, while FC Platinum drew 1-1 against Caps united.
So for the platinum miners the bosso game is a must win should Dynamos who are on the summit of the log and the second placed Ngezi Platinum stars win both their matches on Saturday.

Mapeza reckons that it will be a difficult tie for his lads but he said they will give it a fight. “This will be a demanding game, it needs a lot of mental strength for us to come out of Barbourfields with a positive result. But we have been in this situation before so for us what we need to do is to take one game at a time. We are facing a club that is bubbling with confidence after they beat Chicken inn 4-0.So we are aware of the challenges we are going to face considering that we are going to play them in Bulawayo”, said Mapeza.

“I hope we will come out there with a positive result. We asking the Almighty GOD to lead us in all the things we are going to do. We are at the crossroads of the season and for us as a club what we need to do is to seriously take each game as it comes”, He added.

Meanwhile Wallace Magalani the FC Platinum goalkeeper was voted the Teechers Home and Office Furnishers September player of the month.
