Chidzambwa stays put despite uncertainity

Sunday Chidzambwa’s future as ZPC Kariba coach dimmed again after his side lost to already relegated Bantu Rovers 2-0 in a Castle Lager Premiership match on Wednesday.

Chidzambwa, who has previously indicated that he wants out after a string of poor results decided to be mum when journalists quizzed him on his future at the club.

“I would rather comment on how my team played against Bantu Rovers today. I will not talk about that (commitment to ZPC Kariba),” said Chidzambwa who watched his charges go down 2-0 to relegated Bantu Rovers at Luveve Stadium yesterday.

“It was a very poor performance from our side. We created a lot of chances but we fialed to score. There was a lot of complacency in our team and it cost us. I had warned my players against that,” said the veteran gaffer.

Bantu Rovers scored through MacCarthy Dube and Negil Papias.
