Former Warriors captain Ephraim Chawanda has ruled himself from the Warriors legends squad to face the so called Barcelona legends on Sunday.

Chawanda wrote on his Facebook page castigating Zifa for putting him on the list without first consulting him telling them to go to hell. Chawanda who captained the Warriors during the Dream Team era under the later Reinhard Fabish said he can’t be part of a circus that disrespects former footballers.

Yesterday Zifa were forced to include Ronald ‘Gidiza’ Sibanda one of the greatest footballers of his generation after having been omitted from the initial list. More players are likely to drop as some are still to be consulted despite appearing on the list.
