Bad boy Mukamba at it again

Dynamos midfielder has Denver Mukamba has gone AWOL again despite sitting on a final warning.

Mukamba was last week pardoned by the club’s disciplinary committee while his partner in crime Lincoln Zvasiya was kicked out of the club.

According to the Newsday, team manager Richard Chihoro said  they were not aware of the player’s whereabouts.

“We don’t know where he is. He has not been attending training. Obviously we expected him to be part of the team, but he has not reported for training,” he said.

Coach Lloyd Mutasa said the issue will be discussed at the end of the season.

“He has not reported for training like the manager has told you, but this is an issue we will discuss at the end of the season. Look, it’s just one game left before the end of the season, so we can only talk about that after the weekend match,” said Mutasa.

Two weeks ago, Mukamba and Zvasiya missed a crucial encounter against Ngezi Platinum after they went AWOL. The Glamour Boys lost the match 2-0.

Dembare face Chicken Inn on Saturday in another crucial tie and Mukamba is most likely to be dropped again. The Harare Giants need a win and if FC Platinum fail to beat Chapungu, they will be crowned the 2017 League Champions.
