Warriors captain Knowledge Musona once again proved his goal scoring abilities by scoring and providing an assist for his side KV Oostende in their 1-3 win to Waasland-Beveren in the Belgian Pro League.

Musona struck in the 15th minute for his season’s 5th goal which put Oostende ahead at halftime.

Seven minutes from break, Musona became provider as he assisted Zambian Emmanuel Banda double the lead.

Waasland-Beveren were able to pull one back in th 72nd minute through the penalty spot.

A late rally by Waasland-Beveren to draw level ended up with Oostende hitting them on a counter, which forced them to concede as Gano sored on the dot of regulation time to kill off any potential chance of a late comeback. Musona provided the assist yet again.

The Smiling Assasin is finally delivering after a somewhat slow start to the season as the goal was his fifth League goal, and more impressive his fourth goal in nine games.

Oostende has endured a tough season as they struggle to move away from the bottom half of the table, it was a first win in 5 league matches coming off a run of three consecutibe losses. The win however lifted them to 11th in a 16 team log.
