Kaizer Chiefs have officially parted ways with Zimbabwean attacker Michelle Katsvairo.
The 27-year old was on a season-long loan at Tanzanian side Singida United but returned to his parent club two weeks ago after he asked to be released.
Katsvairo had a deal with Amakhosi which was supposed to end in 2019.
But after Friday’s meeting, both parties agreed to part ways by mutual consent.
The club confirmed on Twitter the new development:
The Club has reached mutual agreement on the termination of Michelle Katsvairo's contract. He is now free to join a team of his choice. We thank him for his service and wish him well on his future endeavours. #KCOneTeam pic.twitter.com/ayf6YIfMUs

In his first season with Amakhosi, Katsvairo made 16 appearances in all competitions and found the back of the net three times. He joined the Tanzanian club in August and managed to score three goals in his first two matches.
