Madinda Ndlovu unfazed

New Bosso coach Madinda Ndlovu says he will stick to his junior recruitment policy for this season and no amount of criticism will deter his plan of introducing young players at Highlanders.

Speaking at a weekly press conference at Bosso club house and answering to a question why he chopped off long serving skipper Eric Mudzingwa, Madinda said he did not expect every decision that he will make be applauded by everyone as criticism comes as being part of coaching.

Ndlovu explained that Mudzingwa is making way for youngsters and has no place in his plans while he appreciates the long service to the club.

“Too many youngsters want to play football and they want to play for Highlanders and if you are going to keep on recycling, you are not going anywhere.

Let us not fear the unknown, let us open our hands for these youngsters who are talented, they also want to be the next Madindas, the next Peters (Ndlovu) and there should be somebody who gives them that chance to do so,” said Ndlovu as quoted by the Chronicle.

Highlanders recruited players from their junior teams and Madinda wants to give those players a chance. Meanwhile Mudzingwa has already signed for Bulawayo City.
