Devon Chafa is not ruling out a return to Dynamos as his contract negotiations with CAPS United stall.

In an interview with The Standard, the 27-year-old midfielder declared that The Glamour Boys will always hold a special place in his heart but will only move to the side if talks with the Green Machine falter.

“As a professional, I will always give my best, but Dynamos will always have a special place in my heart. I don’t mean to disrespect CAPS United, but DeMbare gave me my first break,” he said.

“As it stands I am training with CAPS because they are the team I played for last season so, they are the ones with the first preference. I will wait to see how that goes.”

Chafa’s contract with Makepekepe expired at the end of last year and has been training with them since his return from Egypt last month where he was undergoing trials.
